My Account

My Account covers the following Features:

• PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance
• Click Balance

If disabled this will remove 'My Account' with the above options from the main menu.

Note: You can still enable/disable both sub-options individually, if 'My Account' is toggled 'On'.

PCI

PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance is mandatory for all Merchants taking card payments. It helps prevent money laundering and fraud, protecting Consumers, Merchants and Providers.

If enabled, you will be able to check whether you are PCI Compliant on your device. 

Note: PCI Compliance is mandatory whether this Feature is enabled or disabled. 

Click Balance

Click Balance is the amount of money you have in your account set aside to send Payment Links to customers, and use the Virtual Terminal in Lamp.

Enabling this will display your Click Balance under My Account in the main menu.

If you are not using Pay-by-Link or Quick Link, you don't have to have this feature enabled.

Note: You can only top up your Click Balance via Lamp.
