Pay by Link lets you send a Payment link to an email address. The Customer can use this link to pay for your goods or services directly from their own smart device.

To send a Payment Link, you’ll need to set up the Customer as a Contact. 

To do that, navigate to the Pay by Link screen. 

  1. From the Dashboard, Tap ‘Payments’
  2. Tap ‘Pay by Link’, and you’ll land on the Pay by Link screen, which shows a list of any previous links you’ve sent.
  3. To create a new Contact, tap the + icon in the top right.
  4. Tap ‘Add Contact’
  5. Enter their details as prompted, using the ‘Next’ button at the bottom when you have completed each section. Once you’ve added your new contact, you can select them from the dropdown menu to send them a Payment link.

When you’ve selected your Contact:

  1. Tap ‘Next’
  2. Enter the Grand Total and you’ll see the VAT split automatically calculated in the Sub Total box. Tap ‘Next.
  3. Enter a Reference for the link and tap ‘Send Payment Link’
  4. Hit ‘Complete’ to return to the Dashboard.
