Notifications

Notifications can be pushed to your terminal by your Provider or the Acquiring Bank.

To see your notifications, you can either select ‘My Notifications’ from the Dashboard, or tap the bell next to the Main Menu icon in the top-left of the Genie.

If you have any unread notifications, the Notification Icon will show the number in red next to it.

When you view a Notification, you will have two options:

1. Action - This will progress the notification.
2. Dismiss – Pressing this will give you two more options:
3. ‘Save for Later’ to keep the notification for later
4. ‘Ignore’, to remove the red button.
