Test

Genie can be used to manage your cash payments.

To take a payment by cash on Genie,

1. From the Dashboard, select ‘Payments’
2. Select ‘Take Payment’
3. If you have ‘Servers’ enabled, select your server.
4. Enter the Payment amount
5. Tap ‘Pay by Cash’
6. Enter a Reference if desired
7. Select the amount of cash given by customer from the preset amounts, or tap ‘Custom amount’ to enter it manually
8. If change is due, the amount will show on screen, select ‘Confirm’ to continue
9. The updated Float Balance will be displayed, tap ‘Complete’ to finish the transaction.
