Manage Shifts lets you manage which Servers are on shift and when from the Terminal. These will first need to have been setup in Lamp, the backend management panel. Toggling Servers on or off will add them as options in the user journey for taking payments. 

This helps you stay compliant with the UK’s new tipping legislation that became law on October 1st 2024. 

To Manage Shifts:

1. From the Dashboard, tap ‘Manage Shifts’
2. Choose your location
3. Select the shift you want to manage from the options shown
4. Choose the section your staff member works in

Toggle your staff member as ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ by tapping their name.
