How to take payment if the customer is not present.

To take a MOTO Payment:

1. From the Dashboard select ‘Payments’
2. Select ‘MOTO Payment’
3. Choose an existing Contact from the drop-down menu, or, add a new Contact. This can also be managed in Lamp.
4. Enter the Grand Total amount you wish to take payment for.
5. Enter a reference if required.
6. Tap ‘Continue to Secure Payment’.
7. Enter the card details
8. Tap ‘Confirm card details’
9. The next screen will show if the payment has been successful.
