Introduction

Lamp is the Admin Panel for your Genie(s).

In Lamp, you can manage your devices, send invoices, see your terminal and transaction data, and change device settings.

You can also use it as a virtual terminal to take payments on your computer.

Getting To Lamp

Every Genie Merchant has their own subdomain for their Lamp.

Your personal subdomain is found using your Merchant ID (MID) Number.

If your Merchant ID number is 12345678 for example, your address for Lamp would be:
12345678.summonthegenie.co.uk.

The format is always [midnumber].summonthegenie.co.uk.
