Tools & Reports

This covers all the Tools and Reporting features on Genie. Disabling this will remove 'Tools & Reports' from the Main Menu.

Transactions History

With this enabled you will be able to see a list of previous transactions on the terminal.

Manage Receipts lets you email or reprint a receipt for any transaction listed in the Transaction History of the device it's enabled on.

See a list of all previous Batches from this terminal to The Acquirer.

Reports covers all the following features of Genie:

Note: These features can also be toggled on/off individually.

Batch Terminal takes all the card transactions stored on the terminal and sends them to The Acquirer for settlement.

If you take Card Payments, this feature is essential in order to receive your funds.

This feature allows you to run a cash report when changing a shift over.

It's useful if you want to do a cash up when changing shifts.

Run a cash-up report for the end of the day, without batching any card information to The Acquirer.

End of Day Summary for Cash & Card runs a cash-up & batches the card transactions on the terminal to The Acquirer for Settlement.

This feature lets you print out a live report of unbatched transactions on the terminal, and doesn't sent them to The Acquirer.
